The aurora and space themed science exhibition opened in Tiima Science Centre in Oct 2026, and has received wide public interest. The variety of interactive experiences include a playable aurora harp, VR experience of solar wind, and a solar storm experience in an immersive 360-room.

Developed to maximise memory impact and ease-of-use for first-time VR users, First Aid VR combines hand-tracking and controllers with multisensory interactions. E.g. listening, touch (haptics) and sight to check patient breathing, or recognising shock from gradually changing breathing rate and skin tone.

		<description>The Rave (VR game)

Two terracotta cylinders dating back to c. 2125 BC describe how a Sumerian king named Gudea built a temple for the god Ningirsu after a dream where he was instructed to do so. In a similar later event, I woke up having dreamt a VR game, where underworld residents party for 666 nights to celebrate the upcoming apocalypse. And so the Rave came to be.

The Rave is an interactive art experience, or a game, if you prefer, where the user  carries out seemingly nonsensical tasks to progress from one night to the next. The mood in the rave escalates as the nights pass, until ending in the final moments before the end of the world.

Displayed next to a stage at Entropy’s 30 year birthday party, this machine invites visitors to leave requests to the DJ. Requests can be written down on a piece of paper, and dropped into the message box for “processing”.&#38;nbsp;
The request is then shredded, and dropped to the bin below.
	

Hello! Long time no ocean

2022

Hello! Long time no ocean is an interactive installation, where the visitor can speak into a sea shell (or “shellphone”), and a sea creature will respond to the sound with light.

Created for Aavistus Festival with Shreyasi Kar and Jasmine Xie. Since then, the jellyfish have appeared in various events, with their audio reactivity used for music visualisation.


Robot Petting Sea2018
An interactive art installation made for Flow Festival. On the top floor it houses angry little robot creatures. Through the holes on the bottom, the user can reach in and touch around various surfaces. If the user finds soft, furry areas and pets them, the creatures will calm down.Created with Shreyasi Kar by combining Arduino, 3D printing and traditional methods.
After the festival, the installation appeared in&#38;nbsp;Underneath–an immersive labyrinth by Recover Laboratory.

	When Light Echoes2017

An interactive audiovisual installation exhibited in Finland Tower, Seoul, South Korea. Visitors can interact by moving their hand in the air. Visuals and audio evolve based on the movement, picked up by an infrared sensor.

Peachies
– Animated sticker set

In text-based conversation we lose some important aspects of face-to-face communication: facial expressions, gestures and tonal changes. This thesis touched the subject of expressing these nonverbal cues in instant messaging through stickers.

In Peachies, each individual character is designed from scratch to best support the emotion or message the sticker is meant to convey – as opposed to sticker sets traditionally designed around a pre-existing character(s).
